Taiko workshops led by Nitai Tzelniker are not just Japanese drumming workshops.

In the workshops we develop concentration and perseverance in the students,

Through teaching and practicing meditation, the basics of taichi and martial arts movement exercises.

Students will experience playing the taiko drums and feel the vibration reflected from our professional and special taiko drums. In classes, students will experience and develop the connection of their physical and intellectual abilities through the emphasis that Nitai gives to brain-body connection.

Even if you never drum, we will guide you step by step, and you are guaranteed a special, enriching and enjoyable experience!

Fresh air and ample space to help us keep social distancing, we offer you a chance to join us in unique taiko workshops.

The workshops are led by Nitay Zelniker, founder and manager of Taiko Life, and who has trained in Japan and Taiwan for 5 years. After a meditation and warm up, we will practice movement and coordination exercises, Qi Gong (Tai Chi), basic taiko drumming, and learn a taiko piece which we will drum together.

An excellent opportunity for those who are thinking of joining the taiko drumming courses and for those wanting to sample what taiko drumming is. It's a chance to get your body moving, to activate your mind and let the drumming do the rest!

It's only when we stand behind the taiko drum with a Bachi stick (Drum stick) in our hand, feeling the vibrations of the taiko , that we finally understand the magnificence of taiko drumming!
